Do you accept FFL transfers? If so, what is the process and the fee?
Yes we do. We charge $75 if ordering from Buds Guns and $50 from everywhere else. When ordering online choose Flashpoint Firearms as the FFL transfer. Once we receive the firearm in the store we will get it into our system and give you a call to come down to start the paperwork process.
If you cannot choose Flashpoint for the FFL transfer and need us to send our FFL to where you purchased from, please send an email to flashpointfsg@gmail.com and include your Order Number, Name and who we need to send our FFL to and we will get that done.

What is the current wait time for background checks?
Minimum wait time is 72 hours, very few have gone longer than that. *This is after the firearm has arrived into our system and you have completed the 4473. Wait times do not start until we run your background; not from the date of the online purchase*
The state does have 30 days from the date of the background being ran to give approval.
Do you have a layaway program?
Yes we do!
We have TWO programs available.Â
We have a 30 day layaway, we will run your background and you will have 30 days without any fees. If the firearm is not picked up in those 30 days there will be fees assessed and the background will need to be re-ran as they are only good for 30 days.
We also have a 90 day layaway that includes fees, however, the first 30 days are interest free. With this layaway we will not run your background until the firearm has been completely paid off.
I live in Wisconsin, can I purchase a firearm?
Absolutely! We work with local Wisconsin dealers to transfer the purchased items.
I am transferring a firearm to you, when can I start my paperwork?
We wait until the firearm is in our store to start your paper and background check. If transferring a firearm into us, we will call you once we receive the firearm into our system so you can come down to start the paperwork process.
What are your store hours?
Monday: 12:00pm-6:30pm
Tuesday - Friday : 10am - 5pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and credit card. If using credit card, there is a 4% charge that is added to the total purchase.
We DO NOT accept person checks.
Do buy used firearms?
Yes we do! You can bring in your firearm and we will take a look at it and give you an offer for your firearm.
